Stretch Sleeve labels or stretch labels combine ecological properties with high print quality. They also guarantee increased efficiency of your production chain because of the low machine investment and minimal residual waste.

The stretch sleeve is an elastic label that is stretched and then placed over your product. This operation is so fast that the sleeve does not lose any of its elasticity and fits tightly around your product after insertion. In addition, this process requires very little energy and a minimum of machine occupation. Your entire production chain is reduced to a single machine.

EQUIPMENT
Stretch sleeves are made of polyethylene, a material made from a single fabric that is 100% recyclable.
Does your product have a polyethylene packaging and you are combining it with a stretch sleeve? The result will be a mono packaging that is completely reusable at the end of the chain. It doesn’t get more ecological than that.
PROCESSING
The stretch sleeves have a maximum coverage of 50 to 70%. Because the label does not enclose your product from top to bottom, the pre-sorting in the recycling process will run perfectly smooth. This is beneficial for PET products, for example.
