SLEEVE LABELS WITH DPG LOGO
The first step in getting your product ready for German consumption is obviously making your packaging legally compliant. German legislation requires all drinks packaging to display the DPG logo. This symbol means that German consumers can collect deposit money when returning product empties. As a result, recycling at end users is encouraged and littering is minimised.
Until recently this DPG logo could only be printed on smaller (adhesive) labels. This caused major limitations with regard to both the design options and the ecological impact of your packaging. Shrink Sleeves or Stretch Sleeves are however easy to separate in waste material flows, so they optimise circularity in the recycling process.

You can also give a sleeve extra safety features such as perforation on the bottleneck. This is again without having to curtail your design options.
Does your primary packaging differ from the “traditional” forms? No problem. The adhesive-free shrinkage or stretching makes sleeve labels tightly enclose the most unusual of shapes. The narrowest and widest product circumference may even vary up to 70 % depending on the form of the sleeve.
Does your product range include different formats and shapes? You can then simply switch between different coloured versions and sleeve formats in your packaging process.
